Amal Trust

One of the more recent committees of the Amal Trust is the Culture & Drama Committee. This committee comprises of various UK Nasheed Artists, who collaborate to create a lasting and positive impact on our British society.

The Cultural Fusion concerts were developed with the aim of educating, entertaining, and presenting the youth drama productions and achievements. This event is aimed at encouraging Muslim Youth from different backgrounds and cultures to unite and celebrate their British Muslim Identity. Many of our youth find it difficult to integrate, and adapt to the expectations of their parents. event is thus an effort to bridge this gap, by educating the youth to make use of the best of the British culture. At the same time the event also aims to promote a peaceful and respectable face of Islam to the wider community.

The eventdisplayed a wide range of Nasheed Artists, including Mawadda, a Nasheed group from Malaysia.programme offered Nasheed and Drama Performances, performances by Shaam, Mecca2Medina, Khalil Mohammed, Al - Noor, Abdul Nasr, Naseeha, as well as the Khayaal Theatre Group.
